Gina Tulloch-Adams (born Gina Tulloch, July 14, 1968, Nassau, Bahamas) is a Jamaican-American publisher, editor, author, and philanthropist. She is the founder and publisher of Home Sweet Jamaica magazine, a luxury digital lifestyle publication serving Jamaica's global diaspora, and the author of the Mongoose Mayhem children's book series. She is also the founder of Sunfloral Inc., a Florida-based publishing and media company established in April 2003, which serves as the parent company of Home Sweet Jamaica.

Early life

Gina Tulloch was born on July 14, 1968, at Princess Margaret Hospital in Nassau, Bahamas. Her father, Francis Anthony Tulloch, was at the time practicing law in Nassau, where he served as Legal Professional Assistant to Lynden Pindling, who would go on to become the first Prime Minister of the Bahamas. She moved to Jamaica at two months of age and was raised there.

Her father, Francis Anthony Tulloch (5 August 1940 – 23 June 2022), was a Jamaican politician, lawyer, and diplomat who served as Minister of Tourism from 1997 to 1999. Her mother, Sonia Chang (born June 14, 1943), known as Pam, is a woman of Jamaican-Chinese heritage who built her career with Air Jamaica, Jamaica's national airline.

Education

Tulloch-Adams received her early schooling in Jamaica, attending Saints Peter and Paul Preparatory School and Mount Alvernia Preparatory School. She continued her secondary education at Campion College and Mount Alvernia High School in Jamaica, before completing a period of secondary studies at Collège Sismondi, one of eleven public secondary schools in Geneva, Switzerland, located adjacent to the United Nations Office in Geneva. She also undertook studies in business management in Denver, Colorado, and marketing coursework through the University of Phoenix.

Career

Hospitality

Tulloch-Adams built her early professional career in the hospitality industry, holding positions at Half Moon Resort in Jamaica and Resorts International and Casino in Paradise Island, Bahamas. She subsequently worked in the United States, including roles at the Orange County Convention Center and Freeman Decorating Company.

Morgan Enterprises

In 2012, Tulloch-Adams served as Executive Assistant to Dennis Morgan, a Montego Bay-based real estate developer and hotelier, at Morgan Enterprises in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Entrepreneurship

In April 2003, Tulloch-Adams founded Sunfloral Inc. in Florida, a publishing and media company that serves as the parent company for her portfolio of publications, including Home Sweet Jamaica magazine.

Publishing

Tulloch-Adams founded Home Sweet Jamaica magazine in August 2012 as a tribute to Jamaica's 50th year of independence. Two print issues were produced and distributed across Jamaica, the United States, and Canada. The magazine was relaunched as a luxury digital publication on August 5, 2025, the birthday of her late father, with the inaugural digital issue dedicated to his memory.

She is also the author of the Mongoose Mayhem children's book series, a collection of culturally rooted stories for children aged six to nine, set across real Jamaican locations and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Philanthropy

Tulloch-Adams founded the Thread Foundation, which provided summer camp programming and school supplies to children in underserved communities in St. Ann's Bay, Jamaica. Her work with the Thread Foundation was covered by the Jamaica Gleaner in 2014.

She serves as President of the LegendStar Foundation (2025 to present), supporting youth talent development regardless of financial means, and as Vice President of Friends of Good Shepherd International (2022 to present), a nonprofit serving vulnerable communities in Jamaica. She is also a business partner alongside former Liverpool FC and Chilean national team player Mark González and Felipe Díaz in LegendStar Group LLC, which provides sports and leadership mentorship programming.

Personal life

Tulloch-Adams was married to Gary Adams from 2007 to 2014. She has three children: Taylor Carmichael Craven (born September 7, 1993), Daniel Adams (born May 11, 2007), and Rhea Adams (born May 29, 2009).
